Fuller House

Though only a few years old, Fuller House restaurant and bar has cemented itself as the social hub of Hinsdale. The Fullers’ roots run deep in Hinsdale’s history, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that the team behind Fuller House were able to transform the used-to-be vacant space into one of the most popular, raved about restaurants Hinsdale’s ever seen. On any given night, you’re bound to see at least one familiar face. Add in a stellar, inclusive menu, signature cocktails, and quality craft beer, and you’ve got the perfect Saturday night destination for any demographic.

Our favorite part about Fuller House, though, is the decor. Their use of brick and wood come to together to create a coarse yet urban theme. Similar to the trends set by design giants like Restoration Hardware, Fuller House’s interior is a culmination of traditional technique and modern design. Burnt wood finishes and thin brick walls juxtaposed to flat screen TVs and trendy light displays. Who was responsible for the former? None other than Stockyards Brick and Timber. Providing our signature reclaimed building materials, Stockyards’ brick and timber quickly became an essential component in crafting Fuller House’s aesthetic. And by turning to Stockyards, Fuller House captured a historic vibe that lends itself to the thought that Fuller House has been part of Hinsdale’s history since the town’s conception.

Next time you find your mouth watering for a juicy burger or you’re just thirsty for an ice cold beer, come down to Fuller House and see what all the hype is about. While you’re there, we hope you notice the decor, because we’re very proud of our work.
